We use your email to create your account and to send you membership information. We may also use it to send important service updates. We do not sell or share your personal information with other companies for marketing.

Membership Cancellation vs Account Deletion

Cancelling your subscription stops future charges but keeps your account active. You can reactivate your subscription at any time without losing your account data.

Deleting your account permanently removes all your personal data and cannot be undone. You can request account deletion anytime via your Profile page. If you wish to use our services again after deletion, you will need to create a new account.

Your Data Rights

Under GDPR and UK data protection laws, you have the right to:

Access your data: Download a copy of all your personal data via your Profile page
Rectify your data: Update your account information at any time
Erase your data: Request permanent deletion of your account and personal data
Portability: Export your data in a machine-readable format

Data Retention

We retain your personal data only as long as necessary for providing our services. Financial records (invoices, payment history) may be retained for up to 7 years as required by UK tax law, even after account deletion. These records are stored securely and used only for legal compliance.

Stripe may also place cookies during checkout to process payments securely. If we use analytics in the future (like Google Analytics), those cookies will only be set if you accept them.
